All’Angelo Hotel is within one of the most historic and picturesque districts of Venice, with its particular stretch of streets filled with numerous palaces of historical wealthy families.

Also, as a romantic setting for a holiday, Hotel All’Angelo faces onto a romantic canal, where the water reflects the magnificent Gothic palace facades, making for an unforgettable setting.

As a place of residence, Hotel All’Angelo has had a historical relationship with art and artists. Since 1924, artists such as Matissè, Braque, Picasso, Harp, Vedova, and Guttuso have called the hotel their home during a visit to the city.

There are a total of 56 rooms at the hotel to choose from, ranging from single rooms to doubles, and to suites and Junior suites, all different in style and character, furnished in authentic Biedermeir furniture.

The rooms feature all the modern amenities that you’d expect from a four star hotel, including: aair conditioning, minibar, satellite TV, in-room safe, and hairdryer.

You’ll also appreciate the bathrooms, with soft, warm tones of colour, and delicate patterns alongside sparkling marble.

One of the elements of a good stay in Venice includes the culinary experiences, and for the summer months, Hotel All’Angelo has a special treat, as you can enjoy your breakfast ‘al fresco’ at the hotel’s garden terrace.

Hotel All’Angelo also features a bar-restaurant, Wine Bar Hell’s Kitchen, offering a range of quality wines and dishes from the contemporary Italian and traditional Venetian cuisine.

Other services at the hotel include:

24h reception and porter service
Room service (available from 08:30am-11am)
Transfer service upon request

Facilities at the hotel include a private canal landing dock, which allows you to take a water taxi directly to the hotel’s doorsteps, so you don’t have to carry the luggage through the narroy alleyways towards the hotel.

As an alternative to private water taxis, Venice has an excellent public transportation water bus and landline bus system, with which you can get quickly from the Marco Polo airport or Piazzale Roma to the hotel.

If you arrive in Venice via the Marco Polo Airport, you can take a water taxi (always agree on price before going on-board) directly to the hotel, or you can use the ferry shuttle ‘Alilaguna’ to to St Mark’s Square (travel time of around 1 hours and 15 minutes).

From the S. Lucia train station, on the other hand, you can take either a water taxi, or use the vaporetto water buses, with the vaporetto line no. 1, which goes through the Grand Canal, one of the best ways to get to the Saint Mark’s Square stop, a short walk away from the hotel.
