A look into some of the methods for apartment rentals in Tallinn (Estonia) through the internet, for long-term living in the city.
City24
www.city24.ee
City24 is Estonia’s most popular portal website for real estate sales and rentals, and has been online since 2000.
The portal was founded by four major real estate Estonian companies and Eesti Ühispank, which at the time was a leading banking conglomerate in the country.
Through the website, which is available in several languages, you can search for an apartments, rental apartments, lots, single-family homes, and commercial spaces.
In addition to the real estate, you can also find a wide variety of additional services for real estate through the website, such as finding financing for a real estate purchase in Estonia, information on how prices have developed, and viewing of the rental locations on a map.
You can narrow your apartment search to a particular type of availability in Tallinn, including for certain districts, types of apartments, by real estate agent, or using a fixed price range.
When I tried the service, it returned information on a total of 15,661 real estate within the city of Tallinn.
KinnisvaraWeb
www.kv.ee
KinnisvaraWeb is one of the more popular websites to find real estate in Estonia, and the service is available in several languages, in addition to Estonian.
When I checked the breadth of the service, it’s database contained a total of over 40,000 real estate listings, of which 6,056 where within Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
Similarly to City24, you can narrow your search to, for example, city district, newest listing first, price range, condition of the real estate, and number of rooms.
The service is provided by Telemedia Eesti AS.
