Location of the renovated hotel building is within the historic center of Venice, adjacent to the Canale di Cannaregio.
The hotel building is furnished and decorated in carefully chosen traditional materials, but with all the modern comforts you’d expect from a contemporary accommodation, while retaining a typical Venetian style.
Guest rooms, 16 in total to choose from at the hotel, are spread within three floors, and you should note that there are no lifts in the hotel.
The rooms are furnished using modern styles, but maintaining typical Venetian look and feel, with original tiled floors, and Murano glass lamps. Within the room, you’ll also find paintings by contemporary Venetian artists such as Schifano, Memo, and Guidi.

From the station exit, first turn left, following Lista di Spagna to the end, turning left at “Ponte delle Guglie”, following the bank for 200 meters up to the hotel (on the left).

From Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can first take ACTV bus line no. 5, or alternatively, an ATVO bus, to the Piazzale Roma terminus, which is a short walk from S. Lucia train station.
You can also take a shuttle ferry ‘Alilaguna’ from the airport to the stop ‘Guglie’, crossing the bridge of the same name, then turning right along the bank, walking for 200 meters to the hotel.
