The hotel is housed within a fully renovated 18th century building, within the heart of Venice Old Town, close to the entrance to the Grand Canal, on the San Moisé Canal.

As selected rooms at the hotel overlook the canal and its gondolas, this is a great location for, for example, romantic weekend city breaks to Venice, with all the best restaurants, gondola rides, and tourist attractions nearby.

As a residence for your stay in Venice, in addition to the great location, the hotel offers classical decorations, modern technology, and useful facilities at your disposal.

The rooms (Standard and Superior Rooms), meanwhile, are decorated with furniture, drapery, and fabrics of the 18th century Venetian style, the original style of the building, kept up to date with the renovations over the years.

All 15 guest rooms come with an en suite bathroom of high standard, with power-showers and/or baths, as well as hairdryers, shaver sockets, and a convenient courtesy kit.

Standard amenities in the soundproofed, double-glaze window, and air-conditioned rooms include satellite/cable TVs with a range of channels, direct line telephones, safes, and minibars.

Complimentary breakfast at the hotel is provided buffet style, and after a day sightseeing, you can use the hotel’s hotel’s bar and lounge for socializing and relaxing.

To find the best nearby restaurants, to get up-to-date information on Venice events, and to get the most out of your stay in Venice, you can always turn to the hotel’s personnel, who can provide you with information and assistance, even making bookings on your behalf.

Location of the hotels is within the sestiere, district, of San Marco, moments from the Piazza San Marco and its cathedral. Piazza San Marco is the main tourist attraction in Venice, and also the main venue for several of the city’s biggest events, including the famous carnival.

A short walk from the hotel, you’ll also find, for example, La Fenice theater, Doge’s Palace, and Accademia galleries, with some of the best art collection in the world.

For getting around the city to other districts, the lagoon islands, and to the train terminal, you can use the vaporetto water buses, the closest stop being at ‘Vallaresso’.

If you arrive in Venice via the Marco Polo airport, you have several options to choose from to get to the hotel.
