Hotel Villa Pannonia Venice is located in Lido, just 300 meters from the nearest water bus (vaporetto) stop, ‘Santa Maria Elisabetta’, with frequent connections to the historical center and Saint Mark’s Square.
The hotel’s building is a unique red Venetian red colored construct dating back to the early 20th century, originally used as a summer palace by East European noble families, who came to Venice-Lido to enjoy its famous beaches.

For a faster journey, you can alway take a water taxi, which will take you to Lido in 30 minutes. Always agree on the price before going onboard a water taxi.
If you arrive via the S. Lucia train station, on the other hand, from there, you can take water bus line number 5.1 (green coloured sign), getting off at Lido (taking approximately 35 minutes). Line number 1 (line N after midnight) traveling the panoramic route via Grand Canal, takes you to Lido in 50 minutes from the train station.
