As you arrive near the hotel via a water bus stop at ‘Fondamenta Nove’, you’ll immediately find yourself surrounded by typical Venetian atmosphere, as the hotel is located within a popular district with bakeries, newspaper vendors, bars, and Venetian taverns.
Other landmarks nearby to the hotel include square of San Giovanni e Paolo, and its monument of Bartolomeo Colleoni, a very famous artwork domestically in Italy.

The rooms are located at the 3rd floor of a typical Venetian building, with, at the ground floor, you’ll find a private entrance by the water (at ‘Rio dei Mendicanti’), which is very convenient if you arrive to the hotel using a water taxi.
There is not lift, but the staircase leading up to the rooms is made out of marble and the steps are large, which makes carrying the luggage a little easier going up.
