When you get to Lido, you can take a private taxi, or alternatively, public bus line for Alberoni (B or A line), taking you in front of the hotel in 12 minutes. Buses to Alberoni leave from the water bus terminal every 10 minutes all day and night.
Another alternative from the airport is to take a private water taxi (always agree on price before going onboard, as these are more expensive alternatives to traveling in Venice). Water taxis will take you to Lido from the airport in 30 minutes.
